Since 2014 Lacus has been an active member of the Assobagno Technical Working Group in Milan, which brings together the biggest producers of showers in Italy. Every year we meet with the other leaders in the sector to identify and solve common problems, sharing our knowledge and experience to continuously improve the quality of our products and the reliability of the industry.

Sector EPD

Commitment to the environment

Lacus is committed to minimising its environmental impact through the sector EPD (Environmental Product Declaration), a document that assesses the ecological impact of products throughout their life cycle, from production to final disposal. In over a year and a half of research, we have collected and analysed data to achieve a sustainability score that guides us towards solutions that are increasingly respectful of the environment. Our products are classified within an environmental impact cluster that is shared with the leading businesses in the sector.

Benchmark practices and UNI standards

Perfect installations

The correct installation of shower panels is key to the durability and performance of the product. In collaboration with Assobagno, we contributed to drawing up the Italian “Benchmark Practices” for the installation of shower panels and trays, which over the years have become an official UNI standard. We provide these guidelines to all fitters and we organise training courses all over Italy to ensure that every Lacus product is installed correctly and guarantees best performance.
